Why should I trust Clean Clean Cleaning?

We are a local small business that cares about our employees, our customers, and the community we work in. Our employees take pride in the work they do and care about the satisfaction of our customers. Our cleaning professionals are fully insured, are subject to a background check, and carefully trained. We also offer a 48-hour service guarantee for all of our cleanings.

What should I do before clean clean cleaning arrives?

In order for our cleaning professionals to clean as much of your home as possible, we ask that you pick up and put away any items on the floors and countertops. If you have pets, it’s best to put them somewhere comfortable where they won’t get in the way during the cleaning.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning service?

No. Our trusted & insured home cleaning professionals can access the home at your discretion, typically with a spare key or garage code.

What time will my cleaners arrive?

We provide an estimated window of time for the arrival of your cleaning team. Because we like to give all customers the attention their homes deserve, we can’t guarantee a specific arrival time. However, you will be notified via text once your cleaning team has completed their last cleaning and is on their way to your home!

What if I need to reschedule or cancel a service?

We understand how unpredictable life can be, which is why we’re happy to accommodate any changes with 48 hours notice. We are always striving to make our service as convenient for you while ensuring our cleaning professionals have enough notice to provide excellent service. Customers that cancel with less than 48 hours notice are subject to our cancellation policy, however we are happy to waive this fee once every 6 months.

We don’t require any contracts so you don’t need to worry about being locked into a plan.

How do I pay?

We accept Zelle, debit, and credit payments. You will be emailed an invoice once your cleaning is completed. Once you pay with debit/credit, we can keep your payment method on file for easy future payments.
